About Me
I know that feeling! That feeling of being stuck and tired of your so-called amazing career or fulfilling parenting break. Although it was enjoyable for a while, it doesn't resonate with you anymore. However, you keep going because you don’t feel capable of making a shift, and what shift could that be? You may have no idea, which was my experience after having three children and finding less and less purpose in my previous job. Or maybe you do know what you want, but you can’t find the confidence to take that leap.
I know that feeling well. And, thanks to my coaching expertise, I can tell you that there is a way, and it is easier and more fun than you may think.
I bring 15 years’ professional experience in corporate learning and development, eight years of coaching practice, and extensive career coaching education. I am proof that we can have many careers throughout our life and that each phase gets better. I personally went through career coaching myself, and it was a game changer. What I do for a living now aligns with my deepest values and interests, and I aspire to empower each person I work with to explore their values, unlock their potential, and take actionable steps toward meaningful change.
On a personal note, I am a French citizen who has studied and worked around the world. Based in Dubai, my family and I spend time in the South of France whenever we can. I am passionate about personal development, health and spirituality.
My passion for coaching and career development started in my university years, where I pursued a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Organisational Psychology. I then completed an MBA at Edhec Business School. While working as a Talent Manager and Corporate Coach, I completed the ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited course at the American University of Sharjah to become an ACC certified coach. I continued my education through many advanced coaching programmes. As a licensed career coach by CCS (Career Counselling Services), I now focus on career coaching as my core practice.
